The Artmore Hotel is a distinctive Midtown Atlanta Hotel that completely bucks the trend of the corporate hotel in Atlanta. Boutique Hospitality along with Jamestown properties took over the former Granada Suites Best Western Hotel with the vision of turning it into a small, yet upscale boutique hotel.
Located one stop down from the Midtown Marta stop, the development was deemed “impossible” to outsiders. The location wasn’t right, the concept didn’t work for Atlanta and most certainly it was doomed to fail. Despite “the impossible”, the Artmore is a profitable and beloved Midtown landmark. Competing against hotels like The Residence Inn, The Indigo, The W, The Courtyard by Marriott and many others BHM has managed to match REVpar (Revenue Per Available Room is a key benchmark which levels the playing field by evaluating revenue on a per room basis as opposed to the entire property) penetration with its competitive set or better.
The Artmore is a blend of excellent Southern Hospitality, coupled with high design and throwbacks to historic pop culture. Every room is turned on to the Turner Classic Movie channel and features Artwork displaying Marilyn Monroe, the Beatles, Brigette Bardot and many others.
